Tom is co-founder of Project J who are redefining impulse, visually led retail on mobile and the web.
Prior to founding Project J, he led European Marketing for Fab.com which he grew across 20 markets using a range of social and digital channels. Before that he was the first marketing hire at onefinestay. There he implemented host acquisition strategies that resulted in significant supply growth (40 to 600+ homes), helped launch the NYC business and grew guest demand across a number of direct and partner channels.
He cut his teeth in digital marketing as Customer and Digital Marketing Director for Confused.com running multi-million pound search and display campaigns. Prior to that he was a consultant at dunnhumby and emnos. He has a degree from the London School of Economics.
