On 23rd – 24th May 2013 we will be hosting a summit in London of Startup Advocacy groups from across the globe at the Google Campus building in London.
This is the first time groups representing tech startups on policy will have come together. We want to use this unique opportunity to share our experiences, learn to better represent startups, and affect real change on the way politicians develop laws that impact tech startups.
The people attending won’t be sitting down being talked to. The work that takes place over the conference will be informing our future lobbying work in European and International stages and we’ll be working hard to put that on the best foundation possible.
We’ll have best practice sessions for learning how to best engage with startups and policy makers, policy challenge sessions where attendees will be mixing with industry experts to develop the tests for future regulation impacting startups, and many opportunities to network across the community. As well as a great cocktail party with some of the best startups in London, cocktails, BBQ, and some surprises!
